ELBO is an innovative live debate platform created in Quebec, Canada, designed to transform the way people around the world debate online. Unlike traditional social networks where discussions get lost in endless comment threads, ELBO offers a structured arena where two debaters face off in real-time in front of an audience that votes and influences the outcome.

Whether you're a university student looking to improve your public speaking skills, a professional passionate about political debates, or simply someone who loves defending their opinions with vigor, ELBO is made for you. Our platform is available in English, French, and several other languages to reach a global community.

ELBO's functionality is simple but powerful. Here's how to participate in a debate:

1. Create Your Free Account

Sign up in seconds with your email or via Google. Customize your 3D avatar with hundreds of accessories and begin your adventure in the ELBO arena. Your account is completely free and gives you access to all basic features.

2. Join or Create a Debate

Browse ongoing debates on various topics: politics, current events, technology, culture, sports, economy, and environment. You can join an existing debate as a spectator or debater, or create your own debate room on the topic of your choice.

3. Debate in Real-Time

Debates take place via audio and/or video. Two participants defend opposing positions (FOR and AGAINST) while spectators vote in real-time. The audience vote directly influences the flow of the debate and determines the winner. It's like an interactive talk show where the audience has the power!

4. Earn XP and Level Up

ELBO is for anyone who has an opinion and wants to defend it. Our community is diverse and passionate:

• Students and Academics - Improve your argumentation skills, practice public speaking, and prepare for your future presentations or debate competitions.
• Political Enthusiasts - Debate current political events, elections, reforms, and social issues.
• Tech Enthusiasts - Discuss the impact of AI, social media, digital privacy, and innovations shaping our world.
• Content Creators - Use ELBO to create engaging content, stream your debates live, and build your audience.

Whether you're 13 or 80, whether you're in New York, London, Toronto, or Sydney, ELBO welcomes you. Our AI moderation ensures a respectful environment where debate remains constructive, even on the most controversial topics.

In a world where major platforms monetize your data and your interactions without giving anything back, ELBO takes the complete opposite approach:

Structured Real-Time Debate

No more chaotic comment threads. On ELBO, debates have a clear format: two sides, a set time limit, audience voting. It's the only place on the Internet where you can truly confront your ideas in a fair and organized framework.

Integrated Artificial Intelligence

Train against our AI before facing humans, or watch two AIs debate to learn new argumentation techniques. Our "AI vs AI" mode is available 24/7 for continuous entertainment.

Gamified Progression System

With 99 levels spread across 9 tiers (from Newcomer to Transcendent), badges, weekly rankings, and rewards, ELBO transforms debate into a fun and addictive experience. Each level unlocks new features and increases your potential earnings.

Global Community

Created in Quebec, Canada, ELBO is designed to bring together debaters from around the world. Our interface is available in multiple languages, with content adapted to diverse cultures and perspectives from the international community.

ELBO was born from a simple observation: public debates are dominated by media elites. TV talk shows always invite the same experts, social media amplifies the most polarizing voices, and ordinary citizens never really have their say.

Our mission is to democratize access to public debate. On ELBO, anyone can become a recognized debater. There are no gatekeepers, no mysterious algorithms deciding who gets visibility. Only merit matters: if you reach the same level as a celebrity, you can challenge them directly.

Imagine: a college student challenging a politician on climate policy. An entrepreneur confronting a CEO on business ethics. A retiree debating an influencer about the future of media. That's ELBO's promise.

We believe that debate, done well, is essential to democracy. It forces us to articulate our ideas, listen to the other side, and question our certainties. ELBO aims to be the digital agora of the 21st century, where every voice can be heard and where the best ideas emerge from respectful confrontation.

ELBO is proudly designed and developed in Quebec, Canada. Our team is passionate about technology, communication, and social innovation. We combine expertise in web development, artificial intelligence, and user experience design to create a platform that matches our ambitions.

As a Canadian company, we understand the importance of democratic debate and the need for digital platforms that respect our values. ELBO is our contribution to a fairer and more participatory Internet.
